Executive Summary

Building on the Porter Homes Foundation

The existing Porter Homes Base44 application will be cloned and used as the technical foundation for Mag 7 Development Group.

This allows the project to retain and reuse the current infrastructure, media library, galleries, uploaded assets and foundational CMS functionality. It avoids rebuilding or rebilling completed work and allows the engagement to concentrate on the Mag 7 rebrand, complete website experience, content architecture, lead generation, technical hardening and long-term growth platform.

The immediate objective is to establish a professional Mag 7 destination for the new domain, QR codes, signage and active marketing.

That same environment will then be expanded into the complete website and supporting digital platform.

Launch Immediately

Stand up a professional Mag 7 destination within days so marketing, QR codes and signage all point somewhere real.

Reuse Existing Infrastructure

Carry over the Porter Homes media library, galleries and CMS foundation rather than rebuilding completed work.

Build for Long-Term Growth

Expand the platform into a scalable website, lead-management layer and hardened technical foundation.

Strengthen Search and Lead Generation

Layer SEO, structured data and AEO/GEO content architecture so Mag 7 is found by the right buyers.

About framing

LeadershipOwners and LeadershipMeet the Leadership Team

Use framing that presents the business accurately. Avoid labels that make the company appear smaller than it is.

Portfolio and Galleries

  • Reuse the strongest existing images
  • Correct inaccurate project categories
  • Correct community and location labels
  • Create filters for relevant locations and project types
  • Add contextual captions where accurate information is supplied
  • Add accessibility-focused alt text
  • Preserve individual gallery/project pages
  • Support future gallery expansion through the CMS

Community and HOA Separation

The Mag 7 website presents communities from a development, construction, availability and sales perspective.

Soaring Eagle HOA site covers

  • HOA information
  • Resident communication
  • Clubhouse information
  • Community notices
  • Approved builders
  • Ongoing homeowner functions

The separate Soaring Eagle HOA website should remain focused on resident and homeowner functions. The websites may cross-link where useful, but they have different purposes.
